About this policy
This policy explains how GO Designs handles personal information in connection with this website and project inquiries. It covers the website’s contact form, related communications, and information needed to operate and protect the site. Separate project agreements may describe additional records and responsibilities.
GO Designs is based at 2300 Montana Ave, El Paso, TX 79903. Privacy questions can be submitted through the contact form, by calling (915) 400-8984, or by using the email contact below.

The inquiry form requires a name, email address, and project city and state. A phone number, project type, and project description are optional. When you follow an inquiry link from a service or area page, the form also includes that page’s service or area interest. Information shared by phone, email, or in later project discussions may also be used to handle the request. Please avoid sending payment-card details, identity documents, health information, or other sensitive information through the form.
Hosting and security systems may process technical information such as an IP address, browser and device information, requested pages, request times, and security events. The form also uses an anti-spam field. The site’s application logs record delivery status and a submission identifier rather than the contents of the inquiry.
How information is used
Information is used to respond to inquiries, discuss possible work, arrange appointments, communicate about projects, operate the website, troubleshoot delivery problems, prevent abuse, and meet applicable legal obligations. Submitting an inquiry is not an enrollment in a newsletter or an authorization for unrelated promotional messages.
Sharing & service providers
Service providers may handle information for website hosting, security, inquiry delivery, email, and business communications. Cloudflare hosts the website. When the contact form is available, it forwards the submitted details to the business’s inquiry delivery service so the team can respond.
GO Designs may share relevant information with people involved in an inquiry or an agreed project when needed to provide the requested service. Information may also be disclosed when required by law, to respond to valid legal process, to protect rights or safety, or as part of a business transfer subject to appropriate protections.
This website does not sell inquiry information or use it for targeted advertising. Cloudflare describes its processing in its privacy policy. If you allow optional analytics, Google also receives the analytics information described below. See how Google uses information from sites that use its services.
Optional Google Analytics
Google Analytics 4 helps GO Designs understand which pages and traffic sources lead to inquiries. It receives page visits, referral and campaign information, browser and device information, approximate location, and events for accepted inquiry submissions and telephone or email link clicks. When enabled, Google Analytics may also measure scroll depth, outbound links, downloads, and form starts or submission attempts. A click does not establish that a call or message was completed, a submission attempt may fail, and an accepted inquiry is not necessarily a qualified lead.
Google Analytics is optional. The Google tag does not load or send analytics information until you choose “Allow analytics.” Choosing “Reject analytics,” leaving the choice unanswered, or using a browser with Global Privacy Control keeps Google Analytics off. Essential site functions and Cloudflare’s hosting, security, and performance services operate independently of this optional choice.
If allowed, Google Analytics uses first-party cookies named _ga and _ga_E0G4V9QGWL. We configure these cookies for up to one year without extending that period on every visit. Your analytics choice is saved in this browser’s local storage for 180 days. If storage is unavailable, your choice applies only to the current page. Clearing browser storage removes the saved choice.
You can reopen “Privacy choices” using the footer on any page. Rejecting analytics stops further GA4 collection and removes the site’s GA4 cookies; it does not erase information already received by Google. Contact GO Designs with a request about previously collected information. Choices apply to this browser, not automatically to other browsers or devices.
We do not send inquiry names, email addresses, phone numbers, project descriptions, or submission identifiers in our analytics events. Page addresses sent by this integration exclude fragments and query parameters other than the standard UTM campaign tags. Referrer addresses are reduced to their origin. Google receives technical request information, including an IP address, during collection; Google says GA4 does not log or store IP addresses.
This integration disables Google signals and advertising personalization and denies advertising storage and advertising data use. It does not set up remarketing or user-provided data collection. Google’s handling is described in its privacy policy, and its Analytics opt-out browser add-on offers another control.
Retention & security
Inquiry and communication records are kept for as long as reasonably needed to respond, manage a resulting project, resolve disputes, or meet applicable obligations. Retention depends on the type of record and the relationship; a single retention period does not apply to all records. Service providers may retain technical logs under their own applicable policies.
The website uses encrypted connections and measures intended to limit abusive submissions and unnecessary exposure of inquiry contents. No method of transmission or storage can be guaranteed completely secure.
Choices & privacy requests
Contact GO Designs to ask about personal information, request access, correction, or deletion, or raise a privacy concern. Put “Privacy request” in the project description or message so the request can be directed appropriately. Reasonable information may be requested to verify identity; please do not submit identity documents with the initial request.
Depending on location and applicable law, additional rights may include a copy of information, portability, restriction of processing, objection, withdrawal of consent, or an appeal of a denied request. These rights can be subject to exceptions and do not apply identically to every person or business. Where applicable, requests and appeals will be handled within the time required by law, without unlawful discrimination.
If a request is declined, ask for a review by sending a follow-up marked “Privacy appeal.” Texas residents can find information about applicable rights and complaints through the Texas Attorney General. Visitors elsewhere may contact their relevant privacy authority.
Children & international visitors
The website is intended for people arranging design and construction services and is not directed to children under 13. GO Designs does not knowingly solicit personal information from children under 13 through this site. Contact the business if such information may have been submitted so it can be reviewed and addressed.
GO Designs operates in the United States. Information may be processed in the United States and other locations used by service providers, where privacy laws may differ from those in a visitor’s location.
