Phase III of this project focused on enhancing front yard curb appeal through a complete landscape design and build installation around the existing driveway, entrance walkway, and mature trees. The yard was professionally graded and filled according to the design plan, followed by the installation of new plants, trees, grass, and landscape lighting to create a cohesive and polished outdoor space.
Earlier phases established the foundation of the property’s outdoor living areas. Phase I, completed in 2016, transformed the backyard with a custom fireplace, pergola, patio, firepit, serving island, outdoor kitchen/bar, and integrated plants and lighting. Phase II, installed in 2017, upgraded the front yard with stone columns, iron fencing, and lighting, tying the entire landscape together with a unified and elegant design.
