Phase III of this project in 2025 focused on elevating the home’s front yard curb appeal through a full landscape design-build installation surrounding the existing driveway, entrance walkway, and mature trees. The property was carefully graded and filled according to the approved design plan, followed by the installation of new plantings, trees, grass, and landscape lighting to create a cohesive, refined, and visually balanced outdoor environment. This front yard project took place this year as part of a multi-phase landscape transformation that GO Designs has been developing over the past ten years.
The earlier phases laid the groundwork for the property’s complete outdoor transformation. Phase I, completed in 2016, introduced a custom backyard living space featuring a fireplace, pergola, patio, firepit, serving island, outdoor kitchen/bar, and integrated plantings with lighting. Phase II, completed in 2017, enhanced the front yard with stone columns, iron fencing, and landscape lighting, bringing continuity and elegance to the overall design.
